Carmignac appoints Martial Godet as Global Head of Sales

Carmignac is today announcing the appointment of Martial Godet as Global Head of Sales. In his role, Martial will be responsible for running the distribution strategy of Carmignac. Reporting to Eric Helderlé, he joins the Strategic Development Committee of Carmignac.

Martial Godet joins Carmignac from BNP Paribas where he spent most of his career. Most recently he held the role of Head of Advisory, Execution and Sustainable Investment within the Wealth Management arm of the bank. Before that, he held various roles within the Corporate and Investment Banking division heading notably the Europe & Emerging Markets Equity & Derivatives Strategy. He also spent 12 years at BNP Paribas Asset Management as a senior Fixed Income Fund Manager and then as Head of Emerging Market Investments. Martial Godet is a graduate of HEC Business School.
