Carmignac is pleased to announce the appointment of Nathalie Lahmi to the newly created position of Chief Experience Officer.

Nathalie started her career at BNP Paribas, within BNP Paribas Personal Finance, where she worked on the development of digital marketing for international subsidiaries. She then took control of the France e-business marketing team. She continued her career as head of the retail bank’s online client acquisition and retention teams, before coordinating the launch of Hello Bank! as marketing and communications manager. Nathalie joined Allianz France as Head of Digital Marketing in 2014, before being named Head of Brand and Communications in 2017. Nathalie is a graduate of ESSEC.

“Digital is a powerful driver of unique client experiences. We are delighted to welcome Nathalie, whose role it will be to accelerate the company’s digital transformation and offer our clients services and solutions that meet their expectations as closely as possible and pre-empt the technological evolution of our industry. Her expertise in organisational transformation and digital distribution strategies is an invaluable asset from which we will be very happy to benefit,” said Maxime Carmignac, Managing Director of Carmignac UK. Nathalie Lahmi will start work on 1 September 2020.
